Ratti Gali Lake is a spectacular high-altitude alpine lake located near Dowarian in Neelum Valley. The journey combines scenic mountain roads, the Neelum River, lush green valleys, an exciting 4×4 jeep ride and a beautiful trek to the lake. Ratti Gali sits at roughly 3,700 metres above sea level, making it one of the most impressive destinations in Azad Kashmir.
Depart from Lahore in the evening/night and begin your journey towards Islamabad and Neelum Valley. Passengers joining from Islamabad/Rawalpindi can join the group at the designated pickup point. Overnight: Travelling
After picking up Islamabad/Rawalpindi passengers, continue towards Muzaffarabad. Enjoy breakfast on the way and continue towards Neelum Valley along the scenic mountain roads. Visit Kutton Waterfall/Kundal Shahi if road and time conditions permit. Continue towards Keran and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing beside the Neelum River and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. Overnight: Keran/Dowarian
After an early breakfast, depart for Dowarian, the main gateway for the Ratti Gali jeep track. From Dowarian, transfer to a local 4×4 jeep for the rough mountain track towards Ratti Gali Base Camp. The jeep journey can take around 1.5–3 hours depending on road, weather and track conditions. After reaching the base area, begin the trek towards Ratti Gali Lake. The final walk can take roughly 45–90 minutes depending on conditions and fitness. Spend time at the lake, enjoy the alpine scenery and take photographs. Return to the base camp and travel back to Dowarian/Keran by jeep and tourist vehicle. Overnight: Keran/Dowarian
After breakfast, start your return journey. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Neelum Valley and stop at suitable viewpoints along the way. Depending on the selected package and available time, visit places such as Keran, Kutton Waterfall and Dhani Waterfall. Continue towards Muzaffarabad. Overnight: Muzaffarabad or travelling, depending on package arrangement.
After breakfast, begin the journey towards Islamabad. Islamabad passengers will be dropped off at the designated point. Continue towards Lahore and arrive in Lahore in the evening/night, depending on traffic and road conditions. End of Tour.
